Enjoy a soothing outdoor sound bath with Shannon Renee of Me in the Meantime and a gentle yoga flow led by Heather from Sanaras Wellness Studio. Come sip tea, cuddle baby goats, and soften into your body with a playful outdoor yoga class & sound bath designed to open your heart and ground your spirit. Certified Yoga Instructor Carrie from Inner Beauty Yoga will lead the class along with Certified Sound Practitioner Shannon Renee of Me in the Meantime who will lead the sound bath.
